Connections PCS is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Office Assistant to join our school community. This 10-month position is essential to the smooth operation of the school, serving as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer service-driven, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic school environment. Includes school holidays and paid time off as per school policy.** Key Responsibilities **
- Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage school correspondence.
- Maintain accurate student attendance records and assist with daily attendance procedures.
- Assist with enrollment, student records, and general office filing.
- Support faculty and staff with administrative tasks and scheduling needs.
- Coordinate with school nurses and manage basic health office procedures as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or office manager.
** Qualifications **
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Work Schedule **
